At Scania/Traton, Mr. Foghammar led financing strategy and execution across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, working closely with international banks, insurers, development finance institutions, multilateral organizations, and export credit agencies. Mr. Foghammar combines extensive banking expertise with industrial execution capabilities to deliver pragmatic, results-oriented solutions across the energy transition, infrastructure, and transport sectors. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and has completed advanced academic studies in economics.
Co-founder, Fredrik Agerhem brings extensive experience in finance and technology. With deep expertise in large-scale infrastructure development and sustainable innovation, he has played a key role in advancing Nordic technology and trade through his leadership at XLIT Finance and Logistics. As a Board Member at Forsway, Fredrik also contributes to initiatives that expand digital access and connectivity. Previously, as Chairperson of Modio Facility Assets AB, he helped drive the integration of cybersecurity and data systems for smarter, more connected operations. He holds an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, reflecting his strong academic grounding and forward-looking leadership in global finance and technology.
